Development History
Initially patented in 1949 by Earl Trenary, the Bear Park property originally consisted of (5) 20-acre mineral placer claims. Bear Park LLC purchased (4) of the original (5) 20-acre claims in 1999 from Benjamin J. Holms who had previously purchased the property from Earl and Gertrude Trenary in 1978. The (4) 20-acre claims were subsequently subdivided by Bear Park LLC into (3) sub-equal parcels:
